Laser Processing Systems.

Automated fiber laser cells designed for consistent performance in high-volume production.

Overview

We design and build integrated laser systems that combine motion control, safety enclosures, and material handling into a single production-ready unit. Each system is engineered around cycle time, part stability, and long-term maintainability — with a focus on predictable operation on the factory floor.

Capabilities

  • Fiber Lasers
  • Class 1 safety enclosures
  • Integrated fume extraction
  • Sub-millimeter accuracy

Applications

  • Flash Removal & Trimming
  • Precision Welding
  • Marking and serialization
  • 2D Code marking
High-Speed Trimming
HIGH-SPEED

Automated Laser Trimming

Aug 2022 Barlett, IL

Tube Edge cutting. Our trimming cells reduce cycle times significantly compared to mechanical cutting tools, while eliminating tool-wear maintenance.

  • Zero tool-wear continuous operation
  • 3s cycle time
  • Class 1 safety enclosures
PRESICION

Automated Laser Welding

March 2018 Anaheim, CA

Presicion welding performed at high speeds. We integrate advanced fiber lasers with multi-axis robotics to achieve consistent seams that manual welders cannot replicate.

  • Consistent penetration depths
  • Minimal heat-affected zones
  • Automated part presentation

  • Permanent serial & 2D matrix marking
  • On-the-fly marking capabilities
  • Full ERP/Database integration

Laser Capabilities

We match the laser source to your specific material. Understanding the wavelength is key to achieving a clean, efficient process.

1,064nm (Infrared)

Fiber Lasers

The workhorse of modern manufacturing. Extremely efficient for processing metals like steel, aluminum, and brass.

355nm (UV)
532nm (Green)

UV & Green "Cold" Lasers

Used for delicate parts. These wavelengths break molecular bonds rather than burning the material, preventing heat damage to electronics or medical plastics.

10,600nm (CO2)

CO2 Gas Lasers

Specifically designed for non-metals. Best for cutting or marking plastics, rubber, wood, and organic materials.

Common Power Levels

Surface Marking Serial numbers, logos, and 2D codes on the part surface. 20W – 100W
Material Trimming Removing excess plastic flash or cleaning tube edges. 100W – 500W
Precision Welding Joining two parts together with a permanent, air-tight seal. 1kW – 4kW
Heavy Industrial Cutting Slicing through thick metal plates at high speeds. 4kW – 12kW+
